- Uploaded Images: If you send photos to Bestie, they are compressed (to 800x800 pixels) and stored securely in our database so they remain visible in your chat history.
- Payment Information: We use Stripe to process subscriptions. We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
- Analytics: We use basic, privacy-friendly web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to monitor general website traffic and page access. We do not use intrusive tracking pixels (like Meta Pixel) or cross-site tracking cookies.

We only use AI providers that explicitly guarantee your personal data, chat history, and images are NOT used to train their underlying models. Your data is transmitted to them securely, processed to generate a reply, and not retained for their own training purposes.

Your data is stored securely in our database using industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. You have full control over your data and can delete your account and entire chat history at any time through the app settings.
