MyBestie is an AI bestie app for iPhone. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website and app, why we collect it, and how you can delete your account and data.

2. What We Collect

• Account and contact data: email address, authentication details, account identifiers and support messages.
• Chat and message content: messages you send, Bestie replies, preferences and memory notes used to keep the conversation personal to your account.
• Photos and screenshots: images you choose to send for outfit checks, screenshots or advice.
• Voice notes: audio files and transcriptions when you choose to send a voice note.
• Usage analytics: privacy-friendly website and product events such as page views, demo usage and App Store CTA clicks.
• Device and app diagnostics: technical logs, error reports, device/app metadata and security events needed to keep the service reliable and safe.

3. How We Use Data

• To provide the MyBestie chat, memory and check-in features.
• To generate AI responses and keep conversation context.
• To prevent abuse, debug issues and improve quality.
• To respond to support, privacy and data deletion requests.
• To understand aggregate website usage and install conversion.

4. AI Processing

MyBestie sends relevant conversation context, uploaded photos or screenshots, and voice-note transcriptions to AI infrastructure providers so they can generate a reply. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your chat content to train public models.

5. Service Providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including hosting, database/authentication, storage, analytics, diagnostics, AI processing and subscription entitlement infrastructure.

App Store downloads and subscriptions are handled by Apple / App Store In-App Purchases. We do not receive or store your full Apple payment details.

6. Security and Retention

Encrypted in transit. Private to your account. Delete your data anytime. We keep data while your account is active or while it is needed for support, safety, abuse prevention, legal or operational reasons.

7. Deleting Your Account and Data

You can delete your account and data from app settings. You can also email contact@getmybestie.com for privacy requests or data deletion help.

8. Age Requirements

MyBestie is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
