1. Acceptance

By using the MyBestie website or app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

MyBestie is intended for users who are 18 or older.

3. What MyBestie Is

Bestie is AI. She is designed to feel warm, natural and supportive, but she is not a real person, therapist or emergency service. MyBestie is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, emergency support or crisis care.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

MyBestie is free to start with up to 10 text messages per day. Premium features require a paid subscription.

Payments are handled by Apple / App Store In-App Purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID settings. Apple policies apply to billing, renewals and refund handling.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the text, photos, screenshots, voice notes and other content you send. You give us permission to process that content to operate MyBestie, generate AI responses, maintain chat history, prevent abuse and provide support.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use MyBestie for illegal activity or abuse.
  • Do not upload content that violates someone else's rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use MyBestie as a replacement for emergency services, professional advice or crisis support.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the service, create safety risks or appear fraudulent.

8. AI Limitations

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Use your judgment and do not rely on MyBestie for decisions that require a qualified professional.
